About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for the efficient operation of tasks performed in the production areas, working within specified production, presentation, housekeeping, and hygiene standards as directed by the Zone Leader.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate within a challenging but rewarding factory environment that is physically demanding and can entail repetitive tasks.
- Work effectively as part of a team to ensure the line operation is working to full capacity and minimize waste of raw materials and packaging.
- Observe and understand company policies and procedures relating to sickness absence, holidays, timekeeping, breaks, housekeeping, safety, and hygiene.
Requirements:
- Good verbal, written, and numerical skills.
- A driving license and access to transport, as shift patterns do not coincide with public transport timetables.
- The ability to adhere to strict standards of quality and accuracy and to systems and procedures.
- A methodical, systematic, and precise approach to work.
