Job Role: Agro-Industrial Operative

Ethero seeks experienced Agro-Industrial Operatives in Stafford, ST18 to support our crop production operations.

Responsibilities:
  • Equipment preparation and maintenance for efficient crop production
  • Management of bag filling, monitoring, and labeling procedures
  • Implementation of health and safety protocols and regulations
  • Cooperation with colleagues to achieve production goals
  • Execution of routine cleaning tasks to maintain equipment and workspace
Necessary Qualifications:
  • High level of physical fitness
  • Exceptional work ethics and problem-solving skills
  • Strong teamwork and communication abilities
  • Valid full driving license
Pay Details:

Hourly rate: £12.63, Overtime rate: £18.95 after 40 hours

Work Hours:

Monday to Friday: 06:00 - 17:00 (dependent on business requirements)
