Job Title: Print Technical Consultant

About Pyramid8: We are a global brand with a presence in the national and international markets. Our continued growth has led to an exciting opportunity for a Print Technical Consultant to join our team.

Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year

About the Role: As a Print Technical Consultant, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise to our account managers, liaising with internal production and external suppliers on our full suite of print products. Your key focus will be managing the process of each print job, including processing internally, supplier management, updating internal sales teams, and agreeing lead times. You will also provide estimates that include an outwork process or are fully traded, manage through production, and ensure jobs are dispatched on time and delivered back on time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to the Client Services Team, Commercial Team, Production Team, and Business Development Team.
  • Manage production processes, including supplier management and lead time agreements.
  • Review production performance against estimates and make recommendations concerning variances.

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need knowledge of print and print production. A full-time 8am-5pm Monday to Thursday and 8am-2pm Friday schedule is expected.
