About Caraway House Care Home

We are a purpose-built, 70-bedded care home nestled in the beautiful seaside town of Selsey, offering outstanding levels of Residential, Dementia, Nursing & Respite care.

Job Title: Care Assistant

We are looking for a Care Assistant to join our team, working 33 hours per week, with a competitive hourly rate of £12.50.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
  • Work collaboratively with our care team to deliver person-centered care, promoting independence and dignity.
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and medication management.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
  • NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care or equivalent experience.
  • At least one year of experience working in an elderly care home in the UK.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team, promoting a positive and supportive environment.
What We Offer:
