Job Summary
We're seeking a Care Assistant to join our team, providing person-centred care and support to our clients in their own homes. As a Care Assistant, you'll work closely with our clients to understand their individual needs and preferences, and deliver care and support that's tailored to their unique requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide personal care and support to clients, including bathing, dressing, and managing incontinence
- Assist with practical tasks such as shopping, mealtimes, and housework
- Support clients with their medication and provide guidance on healthy living
- Work collaboratively with our team to deliver high-quality care and support
