Job Title: Experienced Quantity Surveyor Wanted for Housing Association

We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our client's growing team in North London. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing orders, monitoring costs, and ensuring robust financial monitoring and reporting systems are in place.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage orders and requisitions for goods and services
  • Monitor costs and ensure compliance with National housing federation rates
  • Develop and implement financial monitoring and reporting systems
  • Contribute to budget planning and compilation of budget reports
  • Validate requisitions and purchase orders prior to ordering goods and services
Requirements:
  • Experience in Social Housing sector
  • Experience working with customers within housing
  • Risk assessment and management skills
  • Financial management and budgeting skills
  • Qualification relevant to the role (e.g. Building Management, IOSH Managing Safety)
  • Full UK driver's license
What We Offer:
