Associate Quantity Surveyor Job Opportunity

Cityscape Recruitment is seeking an experienced Associate Quantity Surveyor to join a well-respected Construction Consultancy in London.

About the Role

The successful candidate will work closely with the Quantity Surveying Directors to enhance the company's cost management capabilities. As an Associate Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for managing a team of Quantity Surveyors and contributing to the growth of the business.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Collaborate with Quantity Surveying Directors to develop cost management strategies
  2. Lead a team of Quantity Surveyors to achieve business objectives
  3. Drive business growth through effective cost management
  4. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices
Requirements
  1. MRICS or FRICS qualification (desirable but not essential)
  2. Proven experience in cost management and quantity surveying
  3. Strong pre and post-contract experience
  4. Consultancy experience in the construction industry
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
