About the Role

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Psychologist to join our team at Dose of Nature, a mental health charity dedicated to improving mental wellbeing through nature-based interventions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and lead nature-based therapy programs for young people and adults
  • Collaborate with the psychology team to design and deliver evidence-based interventions
  • Conduct assessments and provide individualized support to clients
  • Contribute to the development of new programs and services
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall strategy of the organization

Requirements:

  • Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology or related field
  • Registration with the UK's Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC)
  • Experience working with mental health issues, particularly in a nature-based setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
