Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to all external and internal customers. You will provide a courteous, friendly and welcoming reception and call-handling service to all students, clients, visitors, and staff, actively selling all IHLondon products and services to 'walk-in' students and up-selling suitable services to existing clients according to customer needs.

The ideal candidate will have fluency in English, with the ability to speak either Portuguese, Chinese or Japanese fluently. They must be able to work accurately using numerical information and financial records, and possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

The estimated salary for this role is £26,000 – 27,000 per annum, depending on experience. The company offers a range of benefits, including 30 days of annual leave, training and growth opportunities, and free language training for IH courses.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to all external and internal customers
  • Sell and up-sell IHLondon products and services to walk-in students and existing clients
  • Process bookings and post-booking enquiries accurately and efficiently
  • Liaise with sales and finance departments to ensure accounts are managed correctly
