About the Role

As a Home Care Assessor with Bramble Home Care Limited, you will be responsible for travelling throughout Gloucestershire, visiting clients and care workers, and completing initial client assessments and care plan reviews. You will work alongside other healthcare professionals, liaising with clients and their families, and ensuring that the company meets all national regulation and local authority requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct initial care plan assessments for new service users and assessments of needs.
• Carry out follow-up client reviews.
• Participate in rostered on-call shifts.

Requirements

• Previous experience in social care, preferably as a supervisor or assessor.
• Ability to work under pressure, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Excellent judgement and decision-making skills.
• Flexibility to work outside normal working hours and occasional weekends.
• Full driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
