Location: Salisbury

We are partnering with a rapidly expanding business in Salisbury to fill an exciting opportunity for a Senior Pension Administrator. As part of their team, you will be responsible for managing your own accounts from start to finish, handling daily client interactions and calls.

  • Owning and managing a portfolio of clients and schemes
  • Providing exceptional customer service by responding promptly to client queries
  • Liaising with clients and third parties on a daily basis
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Calculating and paying retirement benefits
  • Processing contributions, transfers, investments, and scheme asset valuations
  • Undertaking property transactions in line with procedures
  • Managing rent, loans, and scheme bank accounts
  • Establishing new schemes and updating trust deeds as required

Key Qualifications:

  • Experience working in Pensions or related regulated field
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Salary: Up to £35K + Hybrid Working + 4-Day Week after Probation
