Senior Pension Administrator

Location: Salisbury
We are partnering with a rapidly expanding business in Salisbury to fill an exciting opportunity for a Senior Pension Administrator. As part of their team, you will be responsible for managing your own accounts from start to finish, handling daily client interactions and calls.
- Owning and managing a portfolio of clients and schemes
- Providing exceptional customer service by responding promptly to client queries
- Liaising with clients and third parties on a daily basis
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
- Calculating and paying retirement benefits
- Processing contributions, transfers, investments, and scheme asset valuations
- Undertaking property transactions in line with procedures
- Managing rent, loans, and scheme bank accounts
- Establishing new schemes and updating trust deeds as required
Key Qualifications:
- Experience working in Pensions or related regulated field
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Salary: Up to £35K + Hybrid Working + 4-Day Week after Probation
