About the Role

Countrystyle Recycling is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bid Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for identifying and assessing new business opportunities, leading and managing the bid process, and ensuring that our submissions are of the highest quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and assess new business opportunities through market research and stakeholder engagement
  • Develop and implement bid strategies to meet business objectives
  • Lead and manage the bid process, ensuring timely and effective delivery of submissions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that bid submissions meet the required standards
  • Monitor and analyze bid performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed

  • Proven experience in bid management and business development
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
