MRI Radiographer Position

Cambridge University Hospitals is one of the largest and most respected healthcare providers in the UK. As a skilled Radiographer, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality MRI services to patients.

Main Responsibilities:

  • To deliver exceptional patient care while maintaining the highest standards of MRI imaging.
  • To work closely with the multidisciplinary team to ensure timely and effective treatment for all patients.
  • To participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge in clinical and research MRI.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Diagnostic Radiography (DCR (R) or BSc)
  • Current registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC)
  • Evidence of Continuing Professional Development (CPD) in portfolio
  • Considerable postgraduate experience of cross-sectional imaging, particularly MRI
  • Experience supporting MRI lists independently and autonomously

Working Conditions:

The department operates from 7am to 8pm, Monday to Sunday, with a 24/7 emergency on-call service. Participation in on-call shifts is required by default.

Salary and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary of £52,132 - £68,419 per annum, dependent on experience and qualifications, as well as flexible working arrangements and opportunities for professional development.
