Fire Systems Specialist Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven fire systems engineer to join our team as a High Performing Fire Service Engineer. As a key member of our Fire Service team, you will be responsible for delivering additional chargeable revenues from within our existing customer base.

This is an autonomous role that requires identifying deficiencies in fire systems and upgrade opportunities, providing quotes, and delivering solutions to customers. You will also carry out takeovers in the region, utilizing your skills to ensure sites and systems are onboarded in a compliant state. Opportunities will be passed to you from within the existing fire team.

About This Role

  • Provide exceptional customer service to exceed the expectations and requirements of both internal and external customers.
  • Establish and maintain effective relationships with customers.
  • Service systems working safely and responsibly to avoid injuries, damage to property, and the loss of unused materials.
  • Manage time efficiently and prioritize jobs correctly.
  • Complete engineer work reports, handover certificates/BSIA Certificates or checklist as appropriate.
  • Identify deficiencies and recommend solutions to end-users.

Your Background

  • Experience within the Fire & Security industry.
  • A valid driving license.
  • Ability to lift and climb ladders.
  • Previous experience working in a customer-facing environment.

What We Offer

As a High Performing Fire Service Engineer, you can expect a competitive salary of $85,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on your experience and qualifications. Additionally, we offer a range of benefits including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.

Location

This role is based in the UK, and you will be required to work across the region. We offer a flexible working arrangement that allows you to balance your work and personal life.
