About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Mental Health Practitioner to join our Children and Adolescent Mental Health Service (CAMHS) team in Norfolk and Suffolk. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with colleagues from health, education, and social care to provide high-quality mental health assessments and interventions to children, young people, and their families.

Main Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing assessment and goal-focussed interventions to young people experiencing moderate to severe mental health difficulties. You will also be part of the Duty Clinician rota for urgent response and have your own caseload. We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, a good level of competence with ICT systems, and experience of risk assessment and safety planning.
