ER Advisor Role

At Primark, we're seeking a skilled ER Advisor to provide expert support and guidance to our UK Retail Management teams. As a trusted advisor, you'll play a critical role in maintaining a positive and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with stakeholders to resolve ER-related concerns and deliver excellent outcomes.
  • Provide proactive employee relations support and advice to management teams.
  • Stay up-to-date with legislative changes and implement them effectively.
  • Lead 'people' related projects, ensuring compliance and excellent support for colleagues.
  • Support the management of Employment Tribunals and Acas Early Conciliation claims.
Requirements:
  • Strong experience in Employee Relations, including managing day-to-day ER cases and change management projects.
  • Proven ability to handle sensitive matters with confidentiality.
  • Collaborative partner with high emotional intelligence and excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
