Role Overview:

Creative Teachers Recruitment Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and organised Cover Supervisor to join our team in Southampton. As an Education Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting students and teachers in their daily activities.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about education and eager to learn and develop their skills. You will work closely with teachers to understand lesson plans and objectives, ensuring a smooth and productive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To provide cover supervision in the absence of teaching staff
  • To ensure the learning environment is safe and conducive to learning
  • To work closely with teachers to understand lesson plans and objectives
  • To maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance

Requirements:

  • A strong passion for education and working with children
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic IT skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office

Salary: £27,000 - £32,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
