Senior Patient Flow Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Psychologist to join our Acute Mental Health Services team at West London NHS Trust. As a Senior Patient Flow Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth flow of patients through our services, working closely with multidisciplinary teams to provide high-quality care.
Key Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive psychological assessments and interventions to patients experiencing mental health crises, working in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team.
- Develop and implement effective treatment plans, taking into account the individual needs and circumstances of each patient.
- Work closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures to improve patient outcomes and service delivery.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the evaluation of service effectiveness.
Our Acute Mental Health Services team is dedicated to providing high-quality care to patients experiencing mental health crises. We work closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure that patients receive comprehensive and coordinated care. Requirements- Doctoral level training in clinical or counselling psychology or its equivalent.
- Professional registration with the Health and Care Professions Council.
- Experience of working in mental health settings, delivering specialist psychological assessments and interventions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
