We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as the Continuing Healthcare Training and Development Lead. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing education and training programs for all staff within our organization and external stakeholders.
Key Duties and Responsibilities- Develop, facilitate, and implement education and training programs to meet national and local initiatives across the CHC team, system partners, and wider stakeholders.
- Plan, organize, and facilitate training and development events/courses to ensure consistency of service delivery and adherence to statutory responsibilities.
- Ensure a rolling training program is in place to address core training for core CHC operational staff, as well as bespoke training and individual development needs for specific groups.
- Responsible for the development of learning materials, including the curation of materials from existing sources and the creation of new materials to meet identified needs.
- Ensure excellence in the staff learning experience through analysis of data from feedback surveys and evaluation audits.
- Triangulate learning from complaints, IRPs, and appeals to ensure themes are captured and training is tailored to gaps in quality and/or performance.
- Ensure consistency in the use of digital systems across operational and administration staff.
- Responsible for annual training needs analysis across the team.
- Work collaboratively with key staff involved in the CHC process.
