As a Lodge Manager, you will be the trusted 'go-to' person on-site, liaising with customers, contractors, suppliers, and internal colleagues. Your passion for excellent customer service is vital, and you will have an outgoing and friendly personality with a love of people.
You will be responsible for managing the maintenance of the property, providing a first-class service to Owners, and supporting sales activity and 'lifestyle' events. This role is pivotal to the success of the Lodge, the enjoyment of Owners, and is hugely rewarding.
About YouWe are looking for someone with a background in administration and customer service, who is comfortable working with people and has excellent communication skills. You will be an accomplished administrator and computer literate, with previous experience of using Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook.
This position is ideally suited to people with experience of similar backgrounds such as retirement living, social housing, hospitality, uniformed services, charity, and health & social care sectors.
