We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Production Operative to join our team in a rapidly expanding food production company. As a key member of our production team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and accurate processing, packaging, and quality control of food products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that food products are prepared, processed, and packaged according to specifications and quality standards.
  • Perform quality control checks to ensure food products meet company and regulatory standards.
  • Load and unload raw materials and finished products onto and off the production area.
  • Ensure materials are organised and available for production needs.
  • Maintain a clean and organised work area in accordance with food safety and hygiene regulations.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Basic understanding of food production processes.
  • Ability to follow instructions and adhere to strict safety and quality standards.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including shifts and overtime as needed.
  • Compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations, including wearing appropriate protective clothing and equipment.
