Packing Operative Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Packing Operative to join our team at the Banbury site. As a key member of our warehouse team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient sorting and packing of products.

Responsibilities:
  • Sort and pack products in a fast-paced warehouse environment
  • Work collaboratively with your team to achieve daily targets
  • Ensure all health and safety standards are adhered to at all times
Requirements:
  • Experience in a warehouse or production environment is preferred, but not essential - full training will be provided
  • Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions carefully
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Reliable with excellent timekeeping
