We are seeking a skilled Business Development Manager to join our client's team in the North West region.

This is a home and field-based role, reporting to the Head of Business Development, where you will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to close.

Your primary objectives will be to generate new leads, identify opportunities for new business, and develop outbound strategies to create and nurture opportunities for the business.

Key Responsibilities:

- Developing new business relationships and generating new revenue streams for the company

- Managing and maintaining existing key accounts

- Developing and managing personal sales activities

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have relevant experience in delivering business solutions to Defence and Aerospace sectors, as well as experience of large-scale sales projects and lengthy sales cycles.

Additionally, you will need to have experience of consultative sales processes and be able to develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
