About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food and Drink Operational Support Manager to join our team at Hollywood Bowl Group. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in driving sales and profit growth through speed, quality, and consistency, and excellent service standards across our centres.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor food and drink sales and service performance, addressing opportunities as they arise by working with Regional Support Managers and centre management teams to implement activity accordingly.
  • Champion the consistent delivery of good product quality to our customers, improvement of speed of service, and awareness of food and drink through developing team member passion and knowledge.
  • Provide support to our investment programme, including implementing training and development plans, and working closely with food and drink partners to take ownership of bar and diner training academies.
  • Take ownership of food and drink audit processes, ensuring relevance and legal compliance, and monitor and report on activities, costs, and performance to demonstrate return on investment.
  • Work closely with other departments, including marketing and audit teams, as well as external stakeholders, to support the launch of company food and drink initiatives.
Requirements
  • Previous experience working in a food and drink operational role.
  • A high level of commercial awareness with a good understanding of food and drink P&Ls.
  • Experience of leading food and drink projects that span multiple sites.
  • Ability to work with and influence internal and external stakeholders.
  • A target-driven work-ethic, motivated by pace and innovation.
  • Strong initiative and effective time management.
  • A full clean UK driving license.
  • Knowledge of food safety regulation.
  • Advanced Food Hygiene certificate, desirable but not essential.
  • Willingness to travel nationwide and work flexible hours as required.
