Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a high-performing team to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction
  • Develop and implement effective store strategies to drive sales growth and improve profitability
  • Collaborate with the Area Manager to develop succession plans and nurture top talent
  • Ensure the store is always well-stocked, visually appealing, and meets the highest standards of customer service
