Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Assistant IT Manager to join our team at The Imperial London Hotels Ltd. As an Assistant IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the ICT infrastructure, systems, and services across multiple hotel properties within the cluster.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage ICT infrastructure, systems, and services across multiple hotel properties.
  • Develop and implement IT strategies aligned with overall organizational goals.
  • Provide timely support and troubleshooting for ICT-related issues.
  • Manage network security and ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Manage IT budgets and assets effectively.
  • Lead and develop a team of technical experts.
  • Evaluate and enhance ICT processes to improve operational efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in IT operations, with at least 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, PMP, CISSP) is a plus.
  • Expertise in property management systems (PMS), POS systems, and guest service platforms.
  • Strong understanding of network architecture, security protocols, and cloud-based services.
  • Experience with telecommunications, audio-visual systems, and Wi-Fi infrastructure in a hospitality environment.
  • Ability to train non-technical staff on using hospitality systems effectively.
