Job Title: Recovery Team Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Recovery Team Manager to join our team at Creative Support. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for developing and managing a new-build mental health supported living service for 14 individuals with mental health needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with service users, their families, and other agencies to assess needs and develop personalized support plans.
  • Collaborate with Bromford Housing Association and other stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Lead a team of support workers to provide high-quality care and support to service users.
  • Monitor and evaluate service performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with referrers, Care Managers, and other agencies to ensure effective service delivery.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in managing mental health services or supported living services.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with service users, families, and other stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to work.
  • Knowledge of mental health legislation and policies, with a commitment to delivering person-centered care.
