Job Title: Food Service Assistant

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Food Service Assistant to join our team at Holroyd Howe. As a Food Service Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring that our customers receive a prompt and efficient service, exceeding their expectations at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service, being visible and approachable during service periods.
• Maintain a clean and fully stocked service area, adhering to high standards of hygiene and safety.
• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure an efficient and effective service is delivered at all times.
• Demonstrate a passion for food and service, with excellent presentation, organisational and communication skills.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in education catering is ideal, but not essential.
• Good health and safety knowledge and attention to detail are essential.
• Ability to work as part of a team, with a flexible approach to work and a can-do attitude.
• Excellent customer service skills and a passion for food and service.
