About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Food Service Assistant to join our team at Holroyd Howe. As a Food Service Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring that our customers receive a prompt and efficient service, exceeding their expectations at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To provide exceptional customer service, being visible during service periods, approachable, and quick to exceed customer needs.
  • To maintain a clean and fully stocked environment, ensuring that all areas and service counters are clean and tidy.
  • To work collaboratively with the team, undertaking duties in the kitchen and service areas as requested to ensure an efficient and effective service is delivered.
  • To demonstrate a real passion for food and service, possessing excellent presentation, organisational, and communication skills.
  • To be flexible and adaptable, with a can-do attitude and a focus on customer satisfaction.
