Northern Ireland Fire & Rescue Service is seeking a HR Manager Resourcing and Employee Services.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the resourcing and employee services teams, including workforce planning, recruitment, selection, appointments, transfers, promotions, and providing proactive specialist support and advice. This fixed-term post is based at NIFRS Headquarters in Lisburn and offers a competitive salary scale of PO5, ranging from £46,464 to £49,498 per annum.

This role is perfect for those who are passionate about delivering exceptional HR services and have expertise in resourcing and talent acquisition. If you have excellent communication skills, are able to work effectively in a team, and possess a strong understanding of employment law, this could be the ideal opportunity for you. The working hours are 36 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.
