Clinical Pharmacist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Pharmacist to join our dynamic pharmacy team in East London. As a Band 7 Rotational Wards Pharmacist, you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive pharmaceutical care to patients across various wards.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide expert medication advice to healthcare teams during clinical ward rounds.
- Conduct medication reviews to ensure safe and effective use of medicines.
- Support the development and implementation of clinical guidelines and protocols.
- Provide education and training to pharmacy and healthcare staff.
- Liaise with multidisciplinary teams to optimise patient outcomes.
- Participate in quality improvement projects and contribute to audit activities.
- Support the supervision and training of junior pharmacists and pharmacy technicians.
- Registered Pharmacist with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
- Experience in a hospital pharmacy setting, preferably within an acute care environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong clinical knowledge and decision-making skills.
