Job Title: Food and Beverage Assistant

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Food and Beverage Assistant to join our team at The Athenaeum Club. As a Food and Beverage Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, ensuring a seamless dining experience for our members and guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional guest service, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and loyalty among our members and guests.
  • Work closely with the Food and Beverage team to ensure seamless service delivery, including food and beverage preparation, presentation, and serving.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of our menu, wine list, and other beverages to provide expert recommendations to our guests.
  • Ensure a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations and guidelines.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a restaurant, 4/5* hotel, or members club environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and guests.
  • Impeccable grooming standards and a professional demeanor.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
  • Excellent command of the English language.
