Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day care services, maintaining compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards.
  • Lead and inspire a team of care professionals, ensuring exceptional service delivery.
  • Promote a positive and inclusive culture where staff and service users feel valued and supported.
  • Implement and uphold safeguarding policies, addressing the specific needs of those in care.
  • Work collaboratively with families, external partners, and stakeholders to achieve the best outcomes.
  • Drive staff training, development, and performance to support ongoing professional growth.

About You:

  • A competitive salary between £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, reflecting your leadership expertise and passion for delivering exceptional care.
  • Hold a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Health and Social Care (or equivalent).
  • Bring at least 2 years of leadership experience in healthcare management.
  • Possess strong knowledge of industry regulations and safeguarding best practices.
  • Excel in communication and relationship-building, with a proactive and adaptable leadership style.
  • Hold a valid driving license and be open to travel when needed.
