We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Staff Nurse to join our team in a beautiful nursing home in Ringwood, Hampshire.
Job Summary:The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to our residents, working closely with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver person-centered care to residents with physical disabilities and elderly residents
- Monitor blood sugar levels and administer oxygen as required
- Manage wounds and develop treatment plans
- Oversee a team of care assistants and provide guidance and support
- Liaise with the GP and multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care
- Hold a relevant nursing qualification
- Be registered with the NMC
- Have satisfactory references
- Have the right to work in the UK
