Job Overview

The role of a Senior Sales Negotiator at Tate & Harriss is an exciting opportunity for an experienced sales professional to join our dynamic and thriving estate agency. With 8 branches across Buckinghamshire, Berkshire, and Middlesex, we offer a unique chance to be part of a successful team that values innovation and customer satisfaction.

As a Senior Sales Negotiator, you will be responsible for meeting with clients, conducting valuations, and negotiating offers between buyers and sellers. Your excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment will enable you to succeed in this challenging yet rewarding role.

We estimate the salary for this position to be around £45,000 per annum, including a car allowance and a competitive basic salary of £25,000. In addition to your salary, you will also receive excellent training and development opportunities, as well as a great working environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meeting with clients to discuss their property needs and provide expert advice
  • Conducting valuations of properties to determine their market value
  • Negotiating offers between buyers and sellers to achieve the best possible price
  • Responding to queries via email and telephone
  • Promoting properties through various marketing channels

Requirements
  • 2+ years' experience in a sales position within the property industry
  • Valuing experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a car
