Our client is a reputable estate agency located in Berkshire. With a commitment to delivering exceptional service and expertise in the real estate market, they strive to exceed their clients' expectations at every step of their property journey.
**Position Overview**:

**Lead Management**:
**Viewing Coordination**:
Schedule and book property viewings, ensuring efficient use of time for both clients and agents. Conduct property viewings, showcasing the features and benefits of each property to potential buyers.
**Valuation Generation Support**:
Assist the branch with valuation generation by providing market insights and supporting data. Collaborate with senior staff to prepare valuation reports and presentations for clients.
**Offer Negotiations**:
Manage offer negotiations between buyers and sellers, striving to achieve the best possible outcome for all parties involved. Provide guidance and advice to clients throughout the negotiation process, leveraging market knowledge and expertise.
**Sales Progression**:
Act as a liaison between clients, solicitors, mortgage brokers, and surveyors to ensure smooth progression of sales. Coordinate with relevant parties to address any issues or obstacles that may arise during the sales process. Keep clients informed and updated on the status of their transactions, providing reassurance and support as needed.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Sales Negotiator within the real estate industry. Strong understanding of the property market in Berkshire and surrounding areas. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service. Knowledge of relevant legal and regulatory requirements pertaining to property sales. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, with a proactive and results-driven approach. Proficiency in relevant software and technology used in real estate sales (e.g., CRM systems, property portals).
