We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Educational Support Worker to join our team at Austin Fraser in Truro, UK.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Lead Teacher: Assist in planning and implementing educational activities tailored to diverse student needs.
  • One-on-One Support: Provide personalized support to students who require extra help, ensuring they stay on track and reach their full potential.
  • Classroom Supervision: Supervise students during classroom activities, recess, and field trips, maintaining a safe and conducive learning environment.
  • Classroom Maintenance: Contribute to maintaining a clean, organized, and well-resourced classroom space.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Previous experience working with children in an educational setting is essential.
  • Personal Qualities: Patience, creativity, and a genuine passion for education are crucial for success in this role.
  • Tech Skills: Basic knowledge of educational software and technology is a plus.
