About the Role:We are seeking an experienced Parts Advisor to join our team in Dorchester. Our client is a well-established Main Dealership with a strong presence in the Southwest, and we are looking to grow our existing team with a skilled Parts Advisor.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and maintain accurate records of parts inventory, including ordering and stocking.
- Work closely with technicians, service advisors, and other team members to provide excellent customer service and support.
- Assist customers in selecting the right parts and provide expert advice on inventory management.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels, ensuring timely ordering and restocking.
- Collaborate with the commercial dealership to source and procure necessary supplies.
- Meet sales targets and maintain customer retention through exceptional service and support.
- Previous experience as a Commercial Parts Advisor.
- Passion for the industry and commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
- Excellent computer literacy and communication skills.
- UK driving license.
