About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Senior Care Assistant to join our team at Barchester Healthcare. As a Senior Care Assistant, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care and support to our residents in a warm and welcoming environment.

The successful candidate will have an NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care, with specific knowledge of clinical care for the elderly. You will also have excellent leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team of dedicated Care Assistants.

This is a Bank position, which means you will work on a flexible basis to provide cover as and when needed. You can expect a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including ongoing training opportunities.

As a Senior Care Assistant at Barchester Healthcare, you will play a vital role in delivering person-centred care and support to our residents. You will work closely with the Deputy General Manager and clinical team to ensure that our residents receive the highest level of care possible.
