- Develop and maintain programme roadmaps, timelines, and budgets.

- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and ethical guidelines in AI implementation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- 7+ years of experience in programme management, with at least 3 years focusing on retail, AI, or advanced technology initiatives.
- Proven track record of delivering large-scale technology programmes on time and within budget.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Experience with Agile and traditional project management methodologies.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent programme management certification.
Desired Skills:
- Knowledge of AI ethics and governance frameworks.
- Experience in change management and organizational transformation.
- Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
- Understanding of data privacy regulations and their impact on AI implementations.
