About the Role

SX3 Independent Claims Consultants is seeking a highly skilled Client Service Manager to join their team. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, managing client relationships, and ensuring the successful execution of client projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee customer satisfaction and manage client services to ensure high-quality delivery
  • Utilize analytical skills to assess data and make informed decisions
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and exceptional service
  • Ensure client projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
  • Prepare and ensure audit template accuracy for each audit pillar project
  • Prepare and ensure the accuracy of audit data analysis and case selection
  • Ensure the technical expertise deployed on each project meets the needs of the scope
  • Deliver quality assurance to clients, including engagement, data, timeliness, technical content, presentation, and scope delivery
  • Ensure the accuracy of SX3 records in relation to hours scheduled/booked and costs of client projects
Requirements
  • Minimum 15 years' claims management experience
  • End-to-end claims process knowledge
  • Quality Assurance
  • Claims data analysis familiarity
  • Project management experience
