Production Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Production Manager to join our Operations team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the production, test, packing, and delivery of our products, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain ongoing compliance with production schedules, safety, and quality standards.
- Oversee the production, test, packing, and delivery of all our products, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Manage the development and performance of the production team.
- Implement strategies to create production processes that meet our ambitious revenue growth plans.
Your Key Allies:
- Purchasing Manager: Collaborate to optimize inventory, align outsourcing suppliers, and select make-or-buy decisions.
- Scheduling & Materials Coordinator: Ensure plans are deliverable and kitted parts are in place and correct at the required times.
- People & Culture Manager and Finance Manager: Work together on business improvement projects.
- Manufacturing Engineering and the wider Engineering team: Collaborate on NPI project delivery and sustaining standards of released projects.
- Quality Team: Ensure processes and products remain compliant and all quality obligations are maintained.
- HSE & Facilities Coordinator: Ensure a safe and well-maintained workplace.
- Sales Operations Lead: Ensure products are made to customer requirements and delivered on time.
- Customer Service: Address spares, replacements, and customer feedback issues.
