Driveability Program Manager

Are you a motivated and experienced engineer looking for a new challenge? We are recruiting for a Driveability Program Manager to lead our Driveability programs for McLaren vehicles.
In this role, you will be responsible for defining, developing, and validating Driveability programs to meet high-level vehicle characteristic targets. This includes defining, planning, testing, tuning, and validating driveability calibration.
You will work closely with other engineers and stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of the program. Your technical expertise and leadership skills will be essential in managing the project budget and plan, as well as ensuring that the desired vehicle attributes are delivered.
We offer a competitive salary of €90,000 - €140,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, you will have access to a range of benefits, including health insurance, pension scheme, and professional development opportunities.
