Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead our team at a premium hospitality business in a stunning coastal location. As a General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the hotel and pub, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire a team of hospitality professionals to deliver outstanding customer experiences
- Develop and implement business strategies to drive revenue growth and improve operational efficiency
- Manage the hotel's operations, including food and beverage, rooms, and events
- Collaborate with the operations management team to develop and implement business plans
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Monitor and control costs to achieve budget targets
Requirements
- Proven experience as a General Manager in a hospitality business, preferably with a brewery or pub group
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, customers, and suppliers
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
- Knowledge of hospitality operations, including food and beverage, rooms, and events
