Key Responsibilities- Facilities Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks, including low-level lamp changing, minor joinery repairs, minor plumbing repairs, machine cleaning, and grounds maintenance.
- Site Security: Lock and unlock the grounds, manage site security, and conduct fire and safety precautions across the site.
- Reporting and Communication: Report building maintenance issues to the office team and work with the facilities teams to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Customer Service: Deliver effective customer service and engage with colleagues and clients in a positive manner.
- Experience: Previous experience in a maintenance, caretaker, or porter role.
- Skills: Ability to perform minor repairs, change light bulbs, and engage with customers in a professional manner.
- Transferable Skills: We welcome applicants with transferable skills, such as experience in DIY or a strong interest in building maintenance.
