We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Community Nursing team. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality nursing care to patients in their own homes or alternative care settings.
Key Responsibilities- Assess, plan, and deliver nursing care to patients, promoting independence and optimal quality of life.
- Work collaboratively with the Community Specialist Nurse and Nurse Team Manager to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Develop and maintain a designated caseload, providing regular updates and reports as required.
- Participate in education and training opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge in specialist areas.
