Job Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Staff Nurse to provide high-quality, person-centred care to our residents. As a Staff Nurse, you will be responsible for assessing and developing care plans, administering medication, and managing residents' medical conditions.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident.
- Provide safe and effective nursing care, including administering medication and managing residents' medical conditions.
- Build strong relationships with residents and their families, providing emotional support and guidance.
- A competitive hourly pay rate of up to £19.72 per hour.
