Job Summary

We're seeking a motivated and caring individual to join our team as a Care Assistant. As a Care Assistant, you'll have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our clients, supporting them to live safely and independently in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and managing incontinence
  • Assist with practical tasks such as shopping, mealtimes, and housework
  • Follow individual care plans and provide care and support as needed
  • Work collaboratively with our team to deliver high-quality care and support

Requirements

We're looking for someone who is compassionate, resilient, and able to work as part of a close-knit team. You'll need to be willing to learn new skills and develop your knowledge as part of our training program.
