About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Cyber Fraud Analyst to join our team at Barclays, where you will play a critical role in driving innovation and excellence in our digital landscape.

As a Cyber Fraud Analyst, you will be an integral part of our Cyber Fraud Fusion Center, delivering scalable CFFC services to disrupt and prevent upstream economic crime.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage security monitoring systems, including intrusive prevention and detection systems, to alert, detect and block potential cyber security incidents.
  • Identify emerging cyber security threats, attack techniques and technologies to detect/prevent incidents, and collaborate with networks and conferences to gain industry knowledge and expertise.
  • Manage and analyze security information and event management systems to collect, correlate and analyze security logs, events and alerts/potential threats.
  • Triage of data loss prevention alerts to identify and prevent sensitive data from being exfiltrated from the bank's network.
  • Management of cyber security incidents including remediation & driving to closure.
Requirements
  • Knowledge of Cyber fraud principles.
  • Knowledge of external cyber fraud and/or internal fraud typologies.
  • Understanding of Barclays customer platforms.
  • Understanding Cyber Fraud technologies such as digital risk profiling and behavioural analysis.
