We are looking for a talented Kitchen Operations Manager to join our team at Chartwells Independent, a leading provider of catering and support services to the education sector.

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and serving of high-quality food that delights our clients and customers. You will have a full-time contract of 35 hours per week, with a shift pattern consisting of Monday to Friday, full-time days. You will also have opportunities to improve our food services by identifying areas for improvement, listening and acting on customer feedback, and supporting the creation of new menus and creative food concepts.

In this role, you will represent Universities and maintain a positive brand image. You will also oversee kitchen cleaning responsibilities to maintain hygiene standards, monitor inventories to keep our kitchens well-stocked, and comply with Food Handling, Hygiene and Health and Safety regulations.
